Making Safety Signs
With the DuraLabel Printer
The DuraLabel is a thermal transfer printer that uses vinyl tapes up to four inches wide.
Tapes can be joined together (tiled) to create larger signs.
The DuraLabel is a desktop printer that connects to your PC. Use software you are already familiar with, such as Microsoft Word, to create and print labels and signs (100's of label and sign templates are included with the DuraLabel.)
The picture to the right shows the DuraLabel printing a WARNING sign that is 8 inches tall. Two four inch wide strips of adhesive-backed blue vinyl (seen on the desk) will be positioned one directly above the other to create the sign.
The DuraLabel is a highly versatile label and sign printer. This versatility adds to its cost-effectiveness because it means the DuraLabel can be used for many other applications in addition to sign making.
For example, use the DuraLabel to make RTK or arc flash labels. It can print pipe markers, wire markers and even die-cut oval labels.
DuraLabel vinyl tapes are available in six widths, two thicknesses and over 30 colors. So you'll be able to make the signs and labels you need to make. All DuraLabel vinyl is outdoor grade vinyl. It is resistant to water and UV.
But, the really good news about the DuraLabel is how much money it will save you. Because you can buy direct from the manufacturer, DuraLabel supplies cost about half of what supplies for comparable printers cost.
