Glow-In-The-Dark Tape
Phosphorescent, glow-in-the-dark labels, signs and marking provides important information when the power fails.
Industrial grade DuraLabel phosphorescent tape provides long lasting, illuminated labels, signs and marking and other light sources fail. DuraLabel phosphorescent tapes will continue to glow for eight hours or more after the lights go out. No power source is required. Phosphorescent tapes are "charged" when the lights are on, and glow when the lights go off.
DuraLabel phosphorescent tapes can be used three ways:
Phosphorescent Marking - DuraLabel glow-in-the-dark tapes can be used to highlight and mark to provide visibility during power outages or emergencies. Using without printing DuraLabel phosphorescent tapes can be used to highlight doorways, stairs, handrails, stair wells, emergency switches, equipment locations, equipment access and more. They can be used to meet the NFPA 101 requirements for marking exit ways with luminescent (phosphorescent) markings and signs.
Phosphorescent Signs - DuraLabel glow-in-the-dark tape can be used to make signs that light up in the dark. Phosphorescent signs can be used in any location where information needs to be available when light isn't available. Industrial grade glow-in-the-dark signs can be used to identify exits, provide emergency shutdown information, identify PPE and emergency equipment, show phone locations and emergency numbers, and identify shut-off valves. With DuraLabel phosphorescent tapes you'll have premium, industrial quality luminescent signs that are always ready to provide key information.
Phosphorescent Labels - Labels are essentially the same as signs, except they are typically smaller and provide more specific information. For example, while a phosphorescent sign might be used to identify the location of emergency safety equipment, each item of safety equipment can be identified by a glow-in-the-dark labels. Labels can be personalized so that individuals can quickly find the equipment and PPE they are supposed to have. Phosphorescent labels can be used to identify hazards that result from equipment that may still be running. They are used to mark the locations of fire extinguishers, provide highly visible valve tags and mark hard hats to make people easier to spot and identify.
