Rotating Gate Valve Lockouts
Outward / Inward Rotation Allows for Easier Installation and Storage
 Master Lock gate valve lockout devices completely surround the valve operating handle, ensuring the valve stays closed. The unique, patent-pending rotating design provides easier installation in confined space applications. Just align it with the valve handle and rotate the inner cover until the valve handle is completely enclosed. Then apply a safety padlock, or hasp with padlocks, to lock the cover closed.
A center knockout can be removed to provide space for the stem on rising stem gate valves.
Each size lockout device rotates into itself and nests within the next larger size. This minimizes storage space and allows them to efficiently fit in safety tool boxes.
 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout devices come with a permanent high-visibility safety labels in three languages. The labels can be written on to identify the responsible person, and provide contact information. Once the valve lockout is removed, the label can be erased and used again for the next job.
Master Lock Valve Lockout Devices are made from dielectric Xenoy. This is a tough lightweight thermoplastic that can withstand chemicals and perform effectively in extreme conditions.

Another exclusive Master Lock Safety Series lockout device, the Seal Tight Ball Valve lockout works on virtually all valve sizes and in all applications.
This unique design eliminates the risk of valve reactivation by movement of the handle. With Seal Tight lockout devices the valve handle is removed and stored in the lockout device. In addition, the valve stem is concealed for secure lockout.
This lockout method works for virtually all valve installations--including metal and PVC valves, insulated pipes, pipes mounted close to a wall or ceiling, and valves with tight access due to the close proximity of other valves or pipes. It provides a universal fit that effectively locks valves from 3/8 inch up to four inches.
The Seal Tight Lockout Device is constructed of durable PVC polyester fabric and HOPE plastic. It withstands corrosive environments and operates in temperatures from -40 to 250 degrees F.
