CA DOSH Lockout / Tagout Information

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health has a comprehensive web page of lockout / blockout information. It is titled "Lockout/Blockout Methods & Sample Procedures" and is available in both english and spanish.

The page begins with an introductory section that, using actual examples of accidents, shows how people can be injured or killed in unexpected ways, when proper lockout/block procedures are not followed.
